Interested in learning about how yoga and mindfulness can support your mental health

Looking for a sense of community & belonging

Enjoy in-person connection, but may be overwhelmed in large groups

Have participated (current or past) in individual therapy for anxiety

Develop an at-home self-care & meditation practice

Receive instruction in restorative and active yoga postures

Have meaningful discussions & gain support from like-minded people

This group is a combination of a yoga class and a mental health discussion group limited to 6 members. The 75 minute sessions will consist of:

  • 30 minutes of yoga & meditation instruction to learn coping tools for anxiety

  • 45 minutes of group discussion focused on mental health topics related to anxiety

Join our supportive community where yoga meets mental health in a welcoming, beginner-friendly space. Discussion topics include the mind-body connection, emotional regulation, self-care, and self-compassion

Meets every Monday from 4:30pm to 5:45pm

Group Details

  • This group is limited to 6 participants to ensure that each group member has space to share, ask questions, and get feedback.

  • Instruction is offered in an inclusive and beginner-friendly manner. This group is meant for people who want to begin or deepen their practice.

  • No need to buy any yoga props! Mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and yoga chairs are provided.

    Just wear comfortable clothing!

  • We offer this group in 6 week cycles to promote growth and connection between members. This way, we can also build upon what we discussed in each session.

  • Each session cost is $25 to $35 depending on your need.

    *One spot is reserved for someone who needs no-cost services.

    When sign up, you are committing to attend at least 4 of the 6 sessions.
