A gentle, accessible yoga class held in an intimate small-group setting. Designed to support mental and emotional wellbeing alongside physical movement, with an emphasis on breath, presence, and ease. All bodies and experience levels welcome - no prior yoga experience needed.
Pay what you can. No one turned away for lack of funds.
Yoga mat and props provided.
Led by Caitie Fey, LPC, RYT
A dedicated yoga offering for mental health professionals - therapists, social workers, counselors, and anyone doing the deep work of holding space for others. This class is a place to set down the weight of the week, reconnect with your own body, and be held for once instead of doing the holding.
Therapist burnout is real. This is one small antidote.
Yoga mat and props provided.
"Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion."bell hooks, All About Love
Our group offerings are rooted in this belief. There is something uniquely powerful about being witnessed, practicing alongside others, and discovering that your struggles are shared. Individual therapy is essential - and community is its own kind of medicine.
See Current OfferingsWhether you're new to yoga, mindfulness, or group settings - here's what you can count on when you join us.
We keep our offerings small on purpose. Smaller groups mean more personal attention, a safer atmosphere, and the chance to actually get to know the people around you. You won't feel lost in a crowd.
You don't need to be experienced, flexible, or a longtime meditator. Our classes meet people where they are. Modifications are always available, and no one is expected to perform or push past their edge.
These aren't just fitness classes. Everything we offer is informed by our clinical backgrounds and our belief that movement, breath, and community are powerful tools for mental and emotional health.
Our offerings grow out of what our community actually needs. If there's a topic, format, or type of group you'd love to see - a mindfulness series, a workshop on a specific theme, a support group for a shared experience - we genuinely want to hear about it.
Email Caitie with Your IdeaOur classes and groups are a complement to - not a replacement for - individual therapy. If you're ready for deeper, personalized support, we'd love to connect.
