Middle Way Wellness
Whether you're navigating relational stress, struggling with self-compassion, or looking for tools to live a mindful & meaningful life, you're in the right place.
Middle Way Wellness is a small therapy practice located at 359 Livernois in Ferndale, Michigan. We offer couples counseling programs, individual therapy, and community wellness classes. Our services are offered in-person and virtually throughout Michigan.
Our practice is named after a concept from Buddhist Psychology about finding balance in life. Balance between multiple truths, between effort and ease, between doing and being. We believe healing is not about fixing yourself. It is about finding a more compassionate relationship with who you already are.
Our clinicians specialize in relationship counseling, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. We use evidence-based approaches including the Gottman Method, mindfulness-based CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), somatic therapy, and therapeutic yoga.
