Caitie Fey, LPC, RYT (she/her)
Therapist. Yoga Instructor. Your partner in reconnecting with your intuition.
You may be here because something inside you is stirring—questions, longings, discomfort. Maybe you’ve done therapy before, or maybe this is your first time. Either way, you’re looking for something deeper. Not just symptom relief, but a way to live with greater clarity, purpose, and compassion.
I offer an integrative, holistic therapy for people who want to feel more grounded, more connected, and more alive. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we learn to listen—really listen—to ourselves. That includes our thoughts and emotions, but also our bodies, values, and inner wisdom. I draw from mindfulness, somatic practices, Eastern philosophy, and talk therapy theories to help you explore what it means to live in alignment with what matters most to you.
Together, we’ll create space to explore the questions you may be carrying:
How can I find contentment in a world full of so much suffering?
What do I care about? How do I want to spend my life?
How can I listen to my body and trust what it’s telling me?
How can I show myself the compassion I so easily give to others?
Therapy with me might include stillness, movement, breathwork, yoga, or meditation—depending on what feels supportive to you. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all healing. I believe in your innate wisdom, and in offering tools, guidance, and a compassionate presence as you navigate your unique path.
If you're ready to slow down, reconnect, and start living with more intention, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
My style is Intuitive. Philosophical. Direct. Somatic.
I work with adults and couples in-person at my office in Ferndale or virtually with folks from all across Michigan.
The therapeutic relationship between us can be magical! In the safety of this relationship, you can start to tap into your own inner wisdom and knowledge. Witnessing and learning from this transformation is my favorite part of being a therapist.
One of my personal values is continual growth and learning, and I feel that I am able to learn deeply about myself and the world through this work.
I enjoy this work because of the relationships I am able to build with other humans. In my experience, the most impactful therapy and healing happens when we build a trusting relationship based on curiosity and mutual respect.
