You may be here because something inside you is stirring - questions, longings, discomfort. Maybe you've done therapy before, or maybe this is your first time. Either way, you're looking for something real.
I offer integrative, holistic therapy for people who want to feel more grounded, more connected, and more alive. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we learn to listen - really listen - to ourselves. That includes our thoughts and emotions, but also our bodies, values, and inner wisdom.
I draw from mindfulness, somatic practices, Eastern philosophy, and talk therapy to help you explore what it means to live in alignment with what matters most to you.
These are some of the questions clients bring into the room. You don't need the answers yet.
"How can I find contentment in a world full of so much suffering?"
"What do I care about? How do I want to spend my life?"
"How can I listen to my body and trust what it's telling me?"
"How can I show myself the compassion I so easily give to others?"
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all healing. I believe in your innate wisdom, and in offering tools, guidance, and compassionate presence as you navigate your unique path.
Healing is not just cognitive - it lives in the body. I integrate mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness to help you develop a more trusting, attuned relationship with your own body and nervous system.
For those open to it, therapeutic yoga can be woven directly into sessions - using gentle movement and breath as a doorway into deeper self-understanding, regulation, and connection.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the deeper existential questions about meaning, values, and identity. Sessions are shaped by what you bring.
Using the Gottman Method and attachment theory, I help couples move from disconnection toward clarity, closeness, and mutual support. Every relationship is different - we meet yours where it is.
The therapeutic relationship between us can be magical. In the safety of this relationship, you can start to tap into your own inner wisdom and knowledge. Witnessing and learning from this transformation is my favorite part of being a therapist.
One of my personal values is continual growth and learning. I feel that I am able to learn deeply about myself and the world through this work. The most impactful healing happens when we build a trusting relationship based on curiosity and mutual respect.
If you're ready to slow down, reconnect, and start living with more intention, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
I came to therapy and yoga through my own lived experience with the questions I now help others explore - about meaning, the body, and what it feels like to actually inhabit your own life.
I believe deeply in the practice of slowing down. Outside of therapy, you'll find me on the mat, in nature, reading about philosophy, or in my garden with my backyard chickens (AKA "the girls").
