How We Work

Our therapeutic modalities

We do not believe in one-size-fits-all healing. We draw from a range of approaches and tailor each session to what feels most supportive for you.

Mindfulness-Based CBT

Learn to observe anxious thoughts with curiosity rather than struggle, shifting your relationship to your mind, not just its content.

Somatic & Body-Based Therapy

Healing is not just cognitive. We work with the body through breath, sensation, and movement as a pathway to regulation and presence.

Therapeutic Yoga

For those open to it, gentle yoga and breathwork can be integrated directly into sessions to deepen mind-body connection.

Relational Therapy

Healing happens in connection. We explore attachment patterns, interpersonal dynamics, and how your relationships shape your inner world.

Walk & Talk Therapy

Movement can unlock conversation. We offer outdoor walk and talk sessions in Ferndale for those who find stillness challenging.

Insight-Oriented Therapy

We gently explore past experiences and patterns to understand how they shape the present, creating space for real, lasting change.

Couples Communication Workshop (2 hrs)$299 intro offer

Couples therapy and workshop fees are private-pay only. Insurance companies require a diagnosis for one partner in order to provide coverage, but in couples work we do not view one person as the problem. We focus on the relationship as a whole.
